Bella Family Air Pros operates as a referral and marketing service platform. Bella Family Air Pros connects you with independent licensed HVAC contractors who perform the work. Bella Family Air Pros is not itself an HVAC contractor, does not directly employ service technicians, and does not directly perform heating, cooling, plumbing, or mechanical repairs. All diagnostics, quotes, labor, installations, warranties, and municipal permit filings are performed solely by the independent licensed contractor who accepts your service request.

2. Estimates, Diagnostics & Contractor Agreements

Any pricing benchmarks, typical cost ranges, or estimates presented on this website are provided strictly for educational and informational purposes. Exact quotes are established in writing by the dispatched independent contractor after performing an in-person physical inspection of your heating or cooling system. You enter into a direct contractual relationship with the independent contractor who performs the service, not with Bella Family Air Pros.

3. Licensing and Insurance Standards

We verify that every independent HVAC contractor participating in our referral network is licensed and insured in the State of New Jersey in compliance with state mechanical contracting laws. However, customers are encouraged to verify license status and specific insurance credentials directly with the contractor upon arrival.

4. Emergency Life Safety Disclaimers

This website and telephone referral line are not substitutes for municipal emergency services. If you experience an emergency involving the odor of natural gas, active smoke, or a sounding carbon monoxide detector, you must immediately evacuate the property and contact 911 or your local gas utility before contacting any HVAC referral service.

5. Limitation of Liability

Bella Family Air Pros shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the acts, omissions, negligence, or workmanship of independent contractors dispatched to your property.
